报告人简介:

易飞博士本科及硕士毕业于浙江大学信电系,2011年获得美国西北大学博士学位,曾工作于新加坡科技局数据存储研究中心和美国宾夕法尼亚大学,现为华中科技大学副教授。研究领域主要有微纳光子学、微纳光机电系统、光子集成电路和微波光子学。所取得的科研成果得到Science Daily, Nanowerk.com 以及韩国电视台的追踪报道。  

报告摘要:

The constant advancement of nanotechnology has led to the advent of numerous nanoscale structures such as photonic crystals, plasmonic nanoantennas, carbon nanotubes, semiconductor nanowires, nanocantilevers, etc. These nanostructures are originally developed in disparate nanotechnology fields and they are being constantly optimized for better performances. One the other hand, connecting different nanotechnology fields via on-chip integration of these nanostructures to form multiphysics nanodevices is also an interesting nanotechnology theme but has been overlooked. In this talk I will present our recent efforts in nanoscale optoelectromechanical integration towards  new types of devices and sensors for infrared detection, biosensing and 2D material based nonlinear optics.
